Mixed Berry Cream Cakes

Berries, sponge cakes and Marzetti® Cream Cheese Fruit Dip – what’s not to love?

Serves  6



Combine the berries, lemon and orange juices and sugar in a bowl and mix well to release the berry juices. Allow this mixture to rest for 30 minutes. Arrange the cakes on individual plates.

Top each cake with about 3 tbsp. of Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip. Divide and spoon the berries over each cake. Add sprigs of fresh mint. Serve.
